Terms and conditions:

No function is booked until a deposit of 70% has been paid. Deposit is payable at least 12 working days before the date of the function.

Proof of payment must be sent to kleine.krummels@gmail.com.

To secure the date, the deposit must be paid immediately. The outstanding balance must be paid on the date of the function, in cash or via an immediate internet transfer.

In case of cancellation the deposit is nonrefundable but the function can be rescheduled for a date that Kleine Krummels has available.

Any equipment that is damaged will be replaced at the replacement value per item.

Aprons are replaced at a cost of R400-00 per apron.

Cutting boards (tiles) are replaced at a cost of R300-00 per tile.

Electric beaters are replaced at a cost of R700-00 per beater. Tablecloths that are “maliciously” damaged or lost will be replaced at R700-00 per tablecloth.

Each quote is put together individually. Should you wish to make any changes to the quote, you must do so before payment is made. Recipes and demonstrations cannot be changed if you have not notified Kleine Krummels within 12 working days before the function. The original quote will then have to be adjusted first. All ingredients are included in your quote and are of the best quality products.
